Moldai Studios 3D – Terms of Service

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. We keep things simple, clear, and fair.

⭐ Hand‑Made Products

All of our 3D packs are hand‑made in our Scarborough studio. This means small variations may occur — that’s part of the charm of a crafted product.

⭐ Processing Time

We currently make each pack to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order before dispatch.

⭐ Shipping

UK Standard Delivery is £1.99. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been posted, delivery times are estimates and may vary.

⭐ Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you.

We cannot accept returns for:

• change of mind

• accidental damage after delivery

• opened or used items

⭐ Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, photos, and pricing are accurate. If we spot an error, we may correct it and cancel an order if necessary (rare, but legally required to say).

⭐ Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

⭐ Order Cancellation

We may cancel an order if:

• materials are unavailable

• payment fails

• there is a pricing or listing error

If this happens, you’ll be refunded immediately.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with the store’s operation.

⭐ Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
