Moldai Studios 3D – Refund Policy

Our Stereo Starter Packs and Anaglyph Packs are hand‑made to order in our Scarborough studio.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a refund.

We cannot accept returns for: • change of mind • accidental damage after delivery • items that have been opened or used

If we make a mistake, we will put it right immediately.
