What is included in each 3D pack?

Each pack contains hand‑made stereoscopic 3D cards created in our Scarborough studio. Everything is produced, cut, assembled, and checked by hand.

Are the packs hand‑made?

Yes. Every pack is made to order, one at a time. Small variations are normal and part of the charm of a crafted product.

How long does delivery take?

Processing time: 3–5 business days UK delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch We currently ship within the UK only.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the moment. We’re keeping things simple while we build up production.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you.

Can I return an item?

We can’t accept returns for:

• change of mind

• accidental damage

• opened or used items

If we make a mistake, we’ll put it right.

How are payments handled?

All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
